We take pride in handcrafting natural and luxurious soap and body products. Our (not so) secret ingredient? Fresh goat milk from the well-loved goats on our small family farm in beautiful Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. We now also offer artisan gelato, handmade with love on-site, and hotel rooms so you can enjoy an authentic farm stay. Our groovy goat farm
Our goats play a huge role in our business and our family. At Groovy Goat, we have a small heard of purebred Nubian goats, as well donkeys, sheep and chickens!
Our friendly goats love visitors so, if you are in the Ingonish area, be sure to stop by for a farm experience the whole family will enjoy!

Beth is here with an important announcement, todays specials!
Today we have Ryan’s famous Chili (calling all you santa walkers!) with a side of corn bread as well as BLT’s (while quantities last) and chicken Caesar in a pita 🤤
We (us humans and the animals too!) can’t wait to see you!

Soup of the day is Ryan’s homemade cream of mushroom and sandwich of the day is BLT. We also still have some chicken salad as well.

Please put your name idea in the comments below this post. If your name is chosen you will bragging rights (obviously) and a 1 litre tub of gelato in the flavor of your choosing.
If you don’t think you will have the chance to use your free litre of gelato please don’t let that stop you from entering. If your name is chosen and you wish to pass on the gelato we will randomly select one lucky person to receive it as a special gift from you.

Don’t forget we will be launching our limited time winter food menu today! You can grab breakfast from 9-11:30am and lunch from 11:30-4pm, eat in or take out.
Soup of the day is Ryan’s homemade cream of mushroom (comes with a tea biscuit) and the sandwich of the day is chicken salad (chicken breast, celery, grapes and almonds tossed in a creamy dressing and served on a croissant)

With the addition of our accommodations (more on this coming soon! 😉) we have also added a few food items to our winter menu.
We will be open from 9-4 daily all winter and spring with food service for our hotel guests and, of course, the public.
Once our lovely and talented neighbours Salty Rose`s and the Periwinkle Café open for the season, we will be pausing our food service so make sure you come get it while you can!
We love to hear your feedback and are excited to try something new to help serve our community this winter.
